question about my skin please comment

Ive gotten little red dots on my upper arms and my thighs in the last two months And on my right hand palm there are small brown dots under my skin..and the red dots go away when pressure is applied do these dots appear after u been infected with hiv ?

i know that but what im asking sir is  if my symptoms are any way related like do u feel real cold in your legs or arms then really hot ..and the feelin of being hot but no fever?...and also what are the chances if both men were clean of getting hiv?

No, you cannot go by symptoms. HIV has no specific symptoms.

I have not went to a derma...because i cant afford it i dont got insurance..but i really feel like these  are signs of hiv
