Dildo Risk could anyone ansewr? Teak?

I'm an avid forum reader since I had in 2007 a low to no risk exposure to a prostitute.
Latre, I've discovered that a girl whom I kissed and made clothes frottage had HIV for 8 years, since then I had an HIV fobia wich is out of control.
I met onlien a girl how works on a sex shop and when we meet, she brought from the store a strapon that I asked her.
I'm scared because, I used it 10 hours later.
I thonk it was packed in a plast bag, but I don't remeber, however, I washed with cold water and soak about 10 to 15 seconds, then I cleaned it with a towel, put a condom on it and inserted in my anus.
Do you think that there may be a risk if the dildo was previously used by the girl, 10 hours later and i was bagged in a closed bag with no cotact with the exterior air and I washed bad?
I'm so sorry for bother you people with this , but I'm scared and I think i'm getting de+ressed and with a OCD of these irrational fears.

I forgot to say that the strapon dildo had a circular base wich I don't remember if I washed. I think I didn't touch my anus in that circular base but I think I did only inserted in me the head of the dildo with a condom. Anyway, I only used it after 10 hour's since I get it and I think it was bagged in a plastic sac.
Anyway, I didn't like nor this experience nor the sensation felt, so I threw away to the trash the dildo.

I know that it would have low risk if she used 10 hours later, but I can't stop thinking about this because i had met a gilr who lives near me that had HIV for 8 years, and I only discovered later when we made the frottage. I tested negative 12 weeks later.
But since there my life had changed, I gained this HIV fobia, that I think is out of control. I read everyday the Dr's Hook and Dr's Handsfiel post in the forum, and I read some of the archives that I had on my favorites in order to have their advices and word's allways in mi mind when I meet a new girl. I had kissed 5 or 6 girls since the last Hiv test wich I made a year and some ago.
I think I'm needing conseling, I would ask to the Dr's what they thinh about this.
