question

After wrestling practice yesterday I noticed some spots of blood on my shirt and leg. One of my training partners must have had a cut that was bleeding. Is this cause for concern? Thanks in advance.

Thanks. I forgot to mention I had a pimple that had been scratched. During practice there was a drop of blood coming out of it. I wiped it away and it didn't continue to bleed. Even with this "open wound" it's not a cause for concern that one of my training partners bled on me a little bit?
