It was a bad batch of tests that caused the high false positive rate and it has been corrected years ago.

It is indeed true that OraQuick has been reported to have a high false positive rate . This prompted several sites to abandon oraquick 3 years back and prompted a CDC enquiry. However the more important thing is that there is hardly any false negative. A negative test can be believed absolutely.
Both are excellent taken at the correct time.
I cannot recomend a test since I`m not an expert netheir a doctor, but the same orasure brochure says and I quote " Testing a blood specimien in more accuarte" but thats what the brochure says, for me is the same I think both are good and if they are aproveed is becouse their are reliable, if you want a comparison chart of the fda aproveed test this are the links.

but do you reccomend the finger ***** rapid test than the orasure?

Any FDA aproveed test will be good (that is the reason they are aproveed.
