High Risk Exposure

I had a high risk exposure sunday morning in a group setting, I was giving anal to a guy whose status was unknown but i thought i was safe since I had a condom on, by the time i finished and pulled out the condom was not on my penis and was up his rectum. Panic in my head I cleaned up thoroughly and left. Exactly 3 days after (wednesday morning) woke up with cold sweats which turned into fever later in the day, the fever was gone exactly after 24 hrs but I started getting a sore throat as the fever went away. The sore throat was mild and is almost gone. I have had the sore throat for 2 days. All of this within 6 days of exposure. Could this be ARS?  I don't know how long I was having sex unprotected, the whole session was no more than 5-7 minutes.

You can obtain a conclusive negative test result 3 months post exposure.

the condom was all the way in the rectum, he had to stick his fingers inside to get it out. The ars timing is definitely comforting, still planning on getting tested at the 4 week mark.
