ENOUGH IS ENOUGH ! ! ! YOU HAD PROTECTED SEX AND HAD NO RISK.
IF YOU ARE HAVING HEALTH CONCERNS, SEE YOUR DR...IT'S NOT HIV...THEREFORE NOT A CONCERN OF THIS FORUM.
KINDLY MOVE ON......................
The CDC says it is RARE for ARS to appear at 6 weeks... it also states 2 to 4 weeks is the norm... which is what Nick already told you.
No disrespect to NickOne7...but i was looking for more opinion from other experienced members like Teak and Lizzie Lou....NickOne7 said " Your symptoms are not Due to ARS - ARS symptoms start 14-28 days after an exposure and last 7-14 days. ARS temp is not a slow moving upward fever it comes on full board and lasts until it is gone. Your fever is not related "
My fever is at 100.2 farenheit, saw various posts, ars fever is more than 101 farenheit...secondly my rash occured at 33 days after exposure, nick said ars symptoms appear max 28 days after exposure but i have seen replies by members who say that ars can come at 5 to 6 weeks aswell.....
just looking for a final opinion, correct me if im wrong above...thanks
Alright ill believe you regarding fever and the days after exposure.....thanks
You can believe what I told you above or seek other information, you will not find different information on this site.
You had protected sex anyway!
So 33 days is not related to ars as in my case...but ive read ppl saying ars can happen till 6 weeks after exposure
Your symptoms are not Due to ARS - ARS symptoms start 14-28 days after an exposure and last 7-14 days. ARS temp is not a slow moving upward fever it comes on full board and lasts until it is gone. Your fever is not related
and i just checked my temperature...its 100.2 farenheit:( i also have rash but no flu like symptoms right now
and can ars happen 33 days after exposure, thanks
just tell me about my symptoms please....does rash always come with fever and sore throat ...if so then how much is the fever in farenheit...
condom could have slipped? as long as the head of your penis was covered, you were protected.
i was drunk,i don't really remember 100 percent....the condom couldve slipped aswell....based on the symptoms ive described above in the first message what do u analyze....the rash and the fever below 100 farenheit....and no sore throat....
i was also hoping to hear from other experienced forum members other than u like lizzie lou, teak and avonelle...u along with them are the most experienced members as shown on the bar on the right.....thanks
"i had a protected exposure" NO RISK
Protected sex means you were never at risk for HIV, therefore the symptoms you describe have nothing to do with HIV.
I just checked my temperature right now twice, the reading i got was 99.7 and 99.8 farenheit...
You would have known if your condom was OFF the head of your penis
Our answers still stay the same NO RISK
