receving oral sex from male

Dr.I recived unprotected oral sex from male 15 SEP 2012.I got test hiv after 18th,33,44th day p24 ag and ab and 53 day repid instant all negative after last test Dr said you do not need furthur testing.my concern is I have stomach noises problem start after 4th day exposure suffering.noises every where in my belly and I got ulcer immu mouth at third week i was a big smoker after this stupid behaviour igive up smoking for always some doctors said you got too much anexity and they said anexity is cause mouth ulcer and stomach problem.I asked that man about his status he said I'm clean.but he is big bottom I didn't believe him.My QUestion is can I get hiv from this way receving oral sex from man.I am too much stressed.please please kindly reply me thanks.

God bless you.one more question I didn't took any notice from bleeding his mouth but I m sure he is hiv+.he is drnking and smoking too much.my question is hiv + person can drinking and smoking a lot he is look like healthy.
