Last night me and a male were fooling around he was rubbing his penis on the opening of my vagina. He didn't penetrate me but the head was at my opening and he attempted but I stopped him. He didn't ejaculate but I know pre-cum can carry hiv. I asked him about his status he said negative, but people lie. What are my risks? I was just tested 2 weeks ago with a negative result I'm not sure if I should get tested again.
HIV transmission takes penetration. At no time were you ever at risk of contracting HIV.
