now every thing is my life was goin perfect, i am 21 years old, pilot by profession just got job wid an airline, have a stable gf whom i wna marry .....about 6 mnths ago, in phlippines i had a encounter with a shemale , my condom broke , i got scared to death n asked her to get an hiv test....we got a test and according to the nurse she tested negeavtive...i had a schdule n had to fly for a routine check, for six months iv nva had any infection, weight loss or anything, one fine day i see fungus on my penis, on the head n along the mushroom kina thing, i read about it on the net and discovered that the conditions for penile yeast infection are 1. hiv, 2 , diabeties and prolonged use of anti biotics...i dun have diabties or din take any antibiotic but lately have been drinkin a lott of beers, like 3 bottles evryday....and yes i dun not have any itiching or burning sensation i just have white pacthes of fungus on the head n around it....pls help me n advice me, m scared to death ....i do not have the guts for the test, pls i have read posts n have found ppl out here very logical and suportive and have excellent advies, now pls telme what do you guys think am i suffering for hiv ...pls help me ?

We don't use stats or numbers here. Go into the exper community and look at what the Dr's say.
sir pls telme wat cn be my chances ???...pls engliten me, i have read and found out that i fall in max risk sections...because it was a transgendered involved
yes i will get tested tomo i am damn scared ...sorry i am sure you had trouble reading my post, cuz i am nervous and scared to death but my question is that " IS YEST INFECTION " A DEFINITE SYMPTOM OF HIV ??....
the ONLY way to know one's status is by testing. you can test now for a conclusive result.

I had trouble reading your post fully. But from what you have posted you initally had protected sex with a transgendered person and subsquently the condom broke. Is that correct?
On that assumption then technically tou have had unprotected intercourse. Therefore an HIV test is warranted - along with a full STI panel.
