had protected sex with a sex worker, then she masturbated me with her vaginal fluids which was unprotected. Since ive had pain in perinium. Had a hiv and std test at 25 days came back negative. 7 weeks since now i have pain in my chest and feels tight and pain under my armpits. Also perinium pain and penis pain persists! Whats goin on? Helpp me plzz also ive got loads of spots on my face aswell.
Unprotected vaginal or anal sex is a risk...sexually speaking.

You DO NOT need testing for HIV. You NEVER had a risk

thanks but further testing for what? Ive been tested for everything sexualy transmitted, what else do i need to be tested for. I tested negative for hiv at 25 days, do i stil have to worry about it bein hiv?
You might want to see a doctor for some further testing. I can't see any of the things you describe, and not safe to guess.
