scratched and kissing

was with a girl and she scratched my back quite deeply,also we were kissing and she a had a recent tongue stud/ring...if blood was present in either instance ie under her nails or in mouth,would this pose an HIV risk ?

Ok sorry one last thing....deep fingering a girl,I chew may nails bad and sometimes when I bite them it pulls part of nail out hard in the corner and bleeds,sometimes getting septic.....Is fingering a girl under these circumstances a risk,with or without presence of menstrual blood,she may have been on period ,not sure
