Sick, should I get HIV test?

Ok, about a month ago and it turned out I had chlamydia that caused my urethra to bleed. However my Dr. said thats all I had, she gave me antibiotics and now my bleeding has stopped. :) Relieved! However, She said that I should take another test in 2 more months for HIV and AIDS, and currently its 2 months after, i want to take an HIV test they have for free in my school, but worried that since I'm sick it would find false readings. Should i take an HIV test while I am sick? or should i wait for my flue to subside to get tested?

Well what happened was, I went to this nightclub, and got very drunk, and this girl took me with her, I ended up doing the most one of the most irresponsible, retarded thing I can do, i had unprotected sex. The next day when I woke up, I had this odd feeling In my penis, that something wasn't right, couple of weeks later I saw one of the scariest things in my life, blood in my urine with a sharp pain before i saw the urine, thats how I found this site, so i went to get checked, and they found I had chlamydia, then the Dr. told me to take an HIV-AIDs test in 2 months from now, which is today

What was your exposure? If your exposure warrants a test, it would be a good idea to take the test.
