sex with a HIV positive man

Hi thanks in advance for  your response... I am from Peru, I live here, I am 33, my story is this: I had sex with a positive man (I was receptive anal once, cum inside and topped once too) it was at the first, 2th, january 2012 without knowing his status of this person.

Then I took the rapid test COMB at one, two, three month after exposure, all came negative.
Then I tested 20 weeks after exposure, in a good laboratory with electroquimiluminisencia (ECLIA) 4th generation, in the machine ELECSYS 2010, the result was 0.59, (negative), then I did the same test in the same  lab, with the same test (ECLIA, 4th gen), the result was 0.69.

The range in the lab when it is negative is between (0.00 to 0.90),

I wonder why it the 20 week was 0.59 and the 22 week was 0.69?.... I think it will be high by the time goes? maybe in 3 weeks it will reach the range of indeterminate or positive (more tan 0.90)?

Here in Peru the doctors tell me that I have to wait 6 months or 1 year to have a conclusive and reliable test.. I do not know what to do... could it be posible not to be infected with HIV?...

Thanks a lot for your kind answer...

You don't need to test out to 6 months--you already have a conclusive result.

The value means nothing, it will always vary, up and down each time you take a test.  The only thing you need to concern yourself with is that your test result was negative, and conclusive.

You don't have HIV.

why? the value of my 20 test week was higher than the 20 week?

first was 0.59 then 0.69

why happened that? maybe it will be more high in 2 weeks?
