Hiv from oral?

About a year ago me and my friend received unprotected oral sex. And about a week ago my friend developed a bad cough that lasted for a week. And then about 5 days ago I developed a cough and have diheria. Even though I have heard it's almost impossible to get hiv through oral, I found it strange both me and my friends developed coughs. So my question is did we both just get un lucky and get chest infections or something or could this be hiv.(I am very scared and have actually lost weight at thought of hiv)

You had NO RISK.

You and your friend have a cold or the flu.......NOT HIV
