Risk of Kissing?

Hi
I've been freaking out about getting HIV from kissing. So here's the encounter. I kissed this guy for about 20min and after my upper lip was bruised, there was another time when I flossed my teeth and then 5hours later I kissed someone for about 5min. My question is if they had HIV and they were bleeding and I had sores in my mouth then is there a risk because now I'm freaking out. The doctors say it's no risk but websites are freaking me out and I also have OCD.
My questions:
Was I at risk, should I be worried? or is it my OCD that's making me over react. Thanks
