Are HIV test conclusive

HI GUYS,
So I am a little confused regarding my test being conclusive. I had a high HIV risk/exposure, had unprotected vaginal sex with a male who is HIV+. It was a one time encounter, but I know it's enough for me to get the virus. I tested at 14 weeks, so it passed the three month mark. I got a rapid test done at a local clinic, 30 minutes and I was give my results. I have read that 6 months is conclusive, but then I have read that 3 months is conclusive. This happens about three years ago, after that I have remained abstinence. Recent I wake up with my arms numbs and I also wanted to know if that was a symptom.
1. Was my test conclusive
2. Is numbness an HIV symptom
3. Should I test again
Thank you

Yes.......I understand.

If you tested at 14 weeks post exposure 3 years ago, your test results, which were negative, would STILL be conclusive today, especially if you have remained  abstinent all this time.

THREE YEARS AGO? Your test results at 14 weeks were 100% conclusive.
Times and testing have changed a lot in the past three years. You can now get conclusive results at 6 weeks!

Symptoms are NEVER used to diagnose HIV.

Numbness can be a symptom of a great many issues and it is something you should probably discuss with your doctor.

There is no reason for you to test again aside from gaining peace of mind if this is really bothering you.
Trust me, any test you take now will be conclusive and still negative.

Hi thank you for answering.
So even three years ago, would a negative test still be considered conclusive?
I meant to say that my exposure was three years ago. I tested three months after exposure at 3 months
