sneeze on injury

hello doctors, i would like to ask you this question: a guy (unknown hiv status) sneezed the other day on my hand. i really don´t know if there were blood on his snot, but after i washed my hands i realized i had a fresh wound on my hand.
please i need to know how many chances do i have to get infected. does the virus dies at the same time it leaves the body? or does it reamains alive a few minutes or seconds? this thing happened on the outside, it was a cold night.
do u know any case of transmission like this one? i´m staring to get paranoid coz i read a lot of stuff on the internet and some people says there´s a risk and other says there´s no risk at all.
can i get my life back or should i wait for 3 months and do the test?
thanx in advance!
