Just scared to death, pls pls pls reply my question

1 week ago, I had a safe sex with one of transexual guy. After anal intercourse, I received an oral without my condom on my penis. After this activity, I am scared to death if he had any STD / HIV. I also stroked his penis in my mouth for about a minute. I couldn't feel any discharge from his penis in my mouth. He is close to 65 yrs old. this was my first time ever intercourse outside my marriage life. I am 39 yrs old. What are the chances of getting hiv or any other deadly disease from him. later, he told me that he has 12 other boy friends. I phoned him 3~4 times in last 1 week and he keeps saying that he is clean and he does all std testing every 3 months and last time he did a month ago. According to him the test results were negative. after this activity, I took immediate shower and left home. I haven't done any sexual intercourse with my wife due to fear of transmitting any disease to her and she is suspicious about this too. I don't want to screw up my long term relationship with my wife. In last 8 days, I haven't seen any abnormality in my genital or other body parts. what are the chances of getting disease from this act of stupidity. Please guide me.. As I said I am scared to death, any supporting advise will be helpful for me. thanks in advance...

There is a low risk of other STDs with unprotected oral. So if you want to be 100% sure you will need to test for those. If you need more information post in the STD forum.
