Question about HIV Test

So the person I had sex with got tested and she came out clean...

But my question is I went to the ER and told the Doctor I wanted my blood tested for everything..she said ok

Then she came back and said everything is normal no signs of infection...
So I told her  had an abscess a couple months earlier and asked her if they could be related
So I asked her what else did you test for she said everything, from infections  to your sugar and glucose levals

She said no..what ever the infection was is no longer there.

When I got home I remembered thinking WOW  I never specifically asked for an HIV test I just said Test me for everything..

Now  I read when i got home That in the state of California you dont need to sign anything for an hiv test just give concent.
But I did when I asked her to test my blood for everything

She told me she test me for everything...Could I have been possibly not tested for hiv??

Hey Teak one more question if I may...
I have had other people answer me but it would make me feel better coming from you because your a Genius when it comes to these things.

If your masturbating a **** and you have a minor cut the size of 1mm in your knuckle. Hypothetically some precum gets on it...Is that a risk for transmission?

The cut is really small and not deep at all...The cut was a day or 2 old and at no point in time was it bleeding...

Does that alone warrant test??
Should I worry?

I am pretty sure none got on the cut, and I did wash my hands with soap and water. He did not come on my hand, as I was touching his **** i felt some precum..

Thanks Teak
