HIV risk?

Late last night I met a guy in a public bathroom. We started fooling around and it got hot and heavy. We made out really hard. I think some blood vessels popped in my mouth. I tasted blood. But in the heat of the moment I gave him head. He didn't ejaculate in my mouth. When he gave me head, he was really bad and used his teeth. There was some sore spots on my penis. He ejaculated. To the side. But then rubbed some semen on my penis after he came. I never ejaculated. We finished and left. I got home and one side of my penis swelled. I rubbed hydrogen peroxide on it and took a shower. I also used mouthwash in my mouth. I didn't notice any open cuts on my penis. But it was sensitive. I also noticed broken blood vessels in my mouth, on the spot between my upper teeth and top of my lip. Realistically, how worried should I be about contracting HIV?

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

Maybe you shouldn't be hooking up in public bathrooms with people you don't know.
