performing oral on a risky female

Would less than a minute of oral sex on a female be a risk of hiv?  Does it depend on their viral load and stuff?  Lets say theres no blood or anything but shes sleeps with lot of men.

Also I wanted to say that for many years Ive had dry mouth problems and white tongue that changes color to what I eat or drink.  Its apparently not a health issue dentists and doctors of the past said of my tongue.  But im wondering if that also might effect exposure to hiv.

I read about hiv, talk about it, and worry about it one and off everyday for many many months.  I have split personality I think sometimes and I live two different lives because I slept with a girl that traumatized me for some reason.  I bought a gun shortly after awaiting these tests.   I had all kind of weird symptoms happen to test negative almost 20 times since september through all kind of tests.  Ive spent nearly $2,000 on private testing and even a hospital visit one night. Sometimes Im normal and sometimes very sick.

I read all different things like 1 in 10,000, stds present make difference, no risk, smaller risk than vaginal sex.  I guess it safe then to assume its no risk as its very remote when you say no risk.

Protected vaginal with unproteced oral wont transfer HIV it sound like.
