symtomps after 9.5 weeks

i have two posible exposure with man (im man), may 17th and june 3rd, i didn't do anal for both. i did receivtive oral, fingering, frottage, and kissed all without condom. when 1st exposure i had a cut at my big finger (3 or 4 day old).that me so worry, im scared hiv transmitted tru my cut finger because we masterbate eachoter and i saw him had pre cum.
i got test 45 days after my 2nd exposure with rapid test (i  don't know what geneneration they used), negative result. now after 9.5 weeks i built symtomps, swallen lymph node at my armpit, and groin (it's not look swall but it pain), im not sure at my neck. and also i got fever. i plan to retest at september 3rd, three month after
my question:
1.i still panic to do retest, how reliable my 45 days rapid test, because im not sure what generation rapid test they used ( im indonesion, i don't know reallly exsacly about test in indonesia, even the lab people who i asked)???
2.can the symptoms appear after 9.5 weeks, from the sites that i read they usually appear 2-4 weeks after exposure?

could any body please help me

Hello doctor, one of my friend got white coated tongue and slightly swollen glands on neck from past 2 months and he said to me that, he has licked a lady nipple before 2months…Because of this fear he did the Anti HIV1/2 rapid test after 9weeks of possible exposure and the result came back as Negative..is it conclusive?? Is there any possibility to get infected by this way? Any other STD will form the above mentioned symptom?? Doctor, I am kindly waiting for your reply,..thank you…
