HIV:(

Help! I'm pretty sure I caught HIV or some other std.

I recent had  protected vagina sex with a heterosexual women. I did preform unprotected oral sex on her and about 4 weeks later I started to has sinus issues(that came with this horrible smell!!!!) and I was given a zpack that didn't work the first time then I got another zpack. That helped but the sinus issues came back. Then I was given a much stronger antibiotic and the infection went away after 3 months but I am still having white foamy mucus from my nose and a stuffy nose. Now my taste buds have brown tips on them. My tongue has not had brown freckles before.
While taking the medicine I 1st noticed them, but now 3 weeks after the antibiotic are done and I have about 20 brown taste buds. I went to the dentist today and he said they are just taste buds. But I told him they have never been there before. Is this HIV related? I'm pretty scared I may have caught HIV from this sexual experience.

I also have muscle twitching, have had about 5 night sweats(not drenched but sweating),and dry mouth.

Is my taste buds and nose a sign of HIV?

Please help!!
