test at 10 weeks

i made the biggest mistake in my life. i had sex with a sex worker without using protection. I was drunk and I couldn't control myself. but I remembered it lasts only few seconds. after this possible exposure I made an ELISA test after 8 weeks, the result was negative, and again i made a test after two weeks, which is after 10 weeks from the exposure. Thanks to God the result is negative. this happens before 6 months but these days I have a white patches in my lower lip inside my mouth, it come and go, i got it at the morning and its gone after a day, and come after 2 or 3 days, it looks white and it can not be removed. since I had that possible exposure I am still worrying of false negative but I am so affraid to go and test. So do you think this patches are related to HIV or I am just worrying, and what about 10 weeks hiv negative, can I rely on this?

Anything after 6 to 8 weeks would have been conclusive.  You can rest easy that you do not have hiv. You are focusing on possible symptoms that can be unrelated to hiv symptoms.  I would stop reading information on the internet about hiv symptoms since you have a conclusive test results at 10 weeks.  no worries and take care.

it is HIGHLY unlikely that your 10 week negative test will turn to positive.  according to the current guideline...3 months post exposure is when one can obtain a conclusive result.
