HIV from Exposure?

Hello,
I went to an Asian massage parlor and the girl gave me a sloppy RIMJOB. She licked and tongued my butthole for 20 minutes. I felt burning sensations during her licking my butthole because I shaved my anus before the encounter. About 8 days later, I started getting itchy on my body (neck, ears, hands, ankles, leg, scalp). I am worried and thinking she had blood in her mouth when licking my butthole and I now have HIV or Syphilis from this exposure. Please see my two questions below:
1) Did I contract HIV or Syphilis from this encounter? What if she had blood in her mouth when licking/tonguing my butthole?
2) Is my current itching from HIV or Syphilis, based on this exposure?

Please help. Thank you.

THIS IS NOT A CHAT ROOM.

I volunteer my time here, and I help when I can. Repeated questions demanding my attention are annoying.

Everything you need to know about the ways that HIV is transmitted is in my first response to you. There is no need for "what if" questions about activities that are not on the list of risks.

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

You cannot get HIV from someone's mouth or tongue, or their saliva - no matter what.

If you do not engage in any of the activities I mentioned above with someone HIV+ or whose HIV status is unknown to you, you will NEVER have to worry about getting HIV. There is no information you could add about this event that would make it a risk for HIV.

This forum is only for HIV. If you want to ask about syphilis, here is the STDs forum: https://www.medhelp.org/forums/STDs-STIs/show/98

Last questions: What if she had blood in her mouth while licking?
Also, no need to test?
Also, I had a cut on my anus from shaving because it burned when she was licking my anus. Any risk here?
It is time to stop asking the same questions twice, since they were seen and then answered.
Sorry but I have one more question and Im hoping you can be so kind to answer. Is the itching I have from HIV? I read HIV causes body itching (face, neck, scalp, shoulders etc)
Our members have definitively advised you that you did not have any risk for HIV. So, obviously, your symptoms cannot be related to HIV.
