hiv in one exposure

Hi, im worried pls help me. I had unprotected vagina sex before that made my anxiety i know thats a high risk so i got tested and came back negative. I did not have sex for many months because i promise myself not to engage in any sex act. However for over a year of not having sex i met a girl and became my gf we go into a motel and had a romance. We were both naked, we kissed and licked each others body parts. No intercourse happened because she had a period. So she removed all her clothes except for her napkin and underwear. I licked her legs down to the skin near her vagina(pubic region) but i did not licked her clit or vagina i did not give her oral because i know that theres blood in there. The reason im freaking out is that what if i licked some of her dried blood, and contract hiv. I also rub my penis in her anus for few seconds but no penetration happen. Pls help me

You did not have a risk at all. In the future use latex condoms for penetrative vaginal or anal sex. Make sure they don't break . That is all you need to do to remain HIV free.
