tests windows and symptoms

Hello forum! I am new here from Norway. I am in a relationship and have two children. I was so stupid to have unprotected oral and vaginal sex with unknown female partner. A one time incident.  I immediately regret and felt bad about it. ( not an excuse but can maybe explain some of my symptoms). 4-5 days later i started feel discomfort in my groins.  It increased during the next weeks and ad i wad reading about stds and symptoms i linked it to hiv. Then all got worsed. I panicked.  My skin started burn. My lower abdomen and groin developed more pain. My tounge all white and started having mouth ulcers.  I had to confess for my wife. At this point I was 100 % sure i got hiv. I didnt sleep.  Didn't goto work. Seeing multiple doctors incl the emr at night. The all rejected me with anxiety thou admiting my groin lymphs were swallow and my skin red. But they say thats due to anxiety.  At day 11 i had a duotest. At day 19 duotest and rna quantative pcr test. And again at day 41 another duotest. All negative.  At the std clinic here they say i do not have hiv. Its consider conclusive here at 42 days. Duotest. I am a little better now , but still swollen lymphs in the groin and discomfort in the neck and throat.  It's been two months now. I will have full stds tests again i  a month. Incl hiv. Any opinion regarding my hiv tests ay 41 days.? Or any wonder what else this can be? Thx to all!

a negative test at 41 days is a very good indication of your status and highly unlikely to change at 3 months.

Thanks.. i like to believe that too. I never experienced swollen lymphs in my groin and neck before so it kinda freaked me out. And after that incident i feel so different.  I hope it's all an emotional thing. I also have red dots in my underarms thatcomes and go. Not elevated. But i guess that is not hiv related two months post incident.
