HIV from Cunnilingus
Heterosexual Male has protected Vaginal Sex with a Female Prostitute using a condom but before and during the encounter he performs Cunnilingus on the Prostitute for aprox 10 min per time and using fingers inside of the Vagina for stimulation. There was a lot of secretions but no blood and Prostitute was not on her menstrual cycle.
My question is what are the chances of catching HIV from this practice? Even is secretions were swallowed and fingers used? Also returning to Cunnilingus after penetrative sex using a condom?
I understand that the risk is deemed as Low. How low is the risk in total? Should I be concerned about giving blood and should I also consider a HIV/Aids test or is it not worthwhile?

Would you consider getting a test however? I have just been told i am slightly Animic and i am at about level 11 when the normal range is around 12 - 18.
HIV is not transmitted by oral sex of any kind.
