used needle

Two weeks ago I went to the doctor to get results for my hiv, std and allergy tests. My std tests were negative but he needed to take blood again for the allergy test. He used a short needle with a green cap on one side and a clear cap on the other and he did not use gloves. Is it possible to reuse that type of needle and if he did would the blood still have been infectious inside that type of needle. I was wanted to know if I can contract hiv this way because I feel extremely nauseous and achy.

please take this concern to the ocd or anxiety forum.  reusing needles is something that just does NOT happen.
