anxiety man need your help

dear sir and madam:
       thanks for your help. about 50 hours ago, i walked to teach my students, i might late so i chosen a "danger "but quick  route .The route passed a bar street ,there are many drug users. While i walked i felt a pain but i didn't check the land under my feet because i was late. when i get office  after class ,i forgot this thing. but i just find the sore which looks like a needlestick very much in the place where i felt pain.
      i searched the site and find needle stick has a risk. What should i do?

but when i use my nails to scrap the sore i didn't feel pain, but i may because it has healed.

i don't know, before i found the sore i have washed my feet.,and  i am not sure if the amount of  blood is little i may miss it because my socks are black colour .i didn't see obvious blood on my socks.

Did you have any bleeding.....if not then you have no risk.....

it's an old shoe so the sole is a little thin. i try to persuade myself that i am not so unlucky, but when i see the sore i feel anxiety and i read within 72hours a PEP can help. Do i need a PEP?

i went to a surgeon to judge  whether the sore was result from needlestick he said he cannot judge because it looks like
