HELP ME!! PLEASE REPLY!

i am becoming crazy...i cannot sleep since my exposure to a sex worker about 3 weeks ago... although my risk was little; my mind cannot stop all the anxiety.
my exposure was this, i was on a trip (about a month ago) and i fingered a sexual worker for about 30 sec... suddenly i realized that i had a tiny cut in my right thumb (which i made like 3 hours before the exposure) 20 minutes after  i put on some alcohol to disinfect the wound and it hurt, the cut was slightly deep but i'm sure it was not bleeding during the time which i exposed myself...
1) is there any reported cases about someone getting HIV this way?
2) if i take a PCR-DNA test (28 post exposure) the results will be definitive?
3) is it possible to catch HIV this way?

It's not even theoretically possible, cut or no cut.
