possible risk?

I believe protected sex is 100% no risk from HIV?
I had an exposure last year with an unknown status woman after i was drunk.
Condom was used during the intercourse, no ejaculation during the act.
Anxious of HIV and stds after the event and kind of loosing memory about the act since it is not something i would want to remember.

After reading posts on this forum I believe the event was no risk for hiv, please correct me if I'm wrong.

Thanks for all the great people on the site.
