what is my fate?

13 weeks 4 days after protected sex with a female I had a negative Hiv1 & 2 antibody test. At 11 weeks I had negative Hiv 1 PCR by proviral DNA and RNA PCR ( <20 coppie/ml) not detectected. Between 11 and 12 weeks I started having discomfort in both of my armpits. At about 15 weeks my armpit discomfort were found to be due to imflammed lymph nodes. I still feel the same today 5 months afetr my pottential exposure. I have lost over 12 pounds and have ocasional night sweats and recurrent throat irritation. The girl tested Hiv 1 & 2 antibody negative 6 weeks and 4 months after my encounter with her. What is my fate now? Very terifed about false negative test. What do i do now?
