Scared of hiv and other STD’s and very concerned, pls help!!!!

Hello Friends, I need serious help and I am suffering from extream pain and anxiety and need expert suggestions.

18 days back( 24 June late night) I had below exposure

1- I kissed the neck and chest  and also gave thr love byte to csw between neck and chest areas.
2- I rubbed my pennis on her butt lining ( not deep near to anal or other places)
3- In the bathtub with very minimal water, she sat on me( like a child sits on the lap) and rubbed her body on my body ( i am dead scared might have my pennis uthera had touched to her vegina for some period of time). I have some dead white skin as my pennis membrane but no sores of other stds.
4- After shower, While on bed we cuddled each other and kissed ( on neck and chest)again( m not sure during this foreplay if my pennis again touched to her outer vagina or not.
5- Finally she put the condom by usung her hand and I started kissing her again and cuddled her couple of times. However in the mid way of cuddling , I ejacuated inside the condom.

I thought all these activities are just a fun stuffs and not at all risk activities of any stds. But after 1.5 days ( on 26 June) below symptoms had started and

- 26 June - Extream burning on tip of pennis, butt and anal area. Cant sit and sleep but not feeling burnjng sensation while walking. Till now still i am facing this main symptom.
- 28 June - Mild rash for one day on my shoulder.
- Muscle and joint pain - Intermittently
- Burning patches in entire body but temp is not showing more then 37C. ( till now everyday)
- Lump on throat and BMS all thr time.( till now everyday)

My test history

DAY 5 (29 June)
Vdrl - Neg
Hiv 1-2 CMIA test - neg
Claymedia - Neg
Blood test and urine culture - Neg

Day 12 ( 6 July)

Hiv 1-2 antibody screening test - Neg
Vdrl - Neg
Herpes igg and igm - Negative

This burning sesnation and itching testicles and also on pennis tip is driving me crazy.
I am scared that these symptoms are part of ARS and i am
In risk of hiv infection.

Can you please help me and evaluvate my risk for hiv and other stds too.

I am very scared and anxious and i am not able to sleep from
Last 10-15 days.

You did many investigations for no risk event ... what you will do if you have real risk event . Try to move on you do not have risk and your symptoms mostly related to anxiety .

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

There isn't any other situation that you can think of that would put you at risk for HIV. A penis touching a vagina without actual penetration is NOT the same as having intercourse. There is no detail that you can add to this event that would make it a risk for HIV - you had zero risk, and you don't need a test.

I don't know what is causing your medical symptoms, but they aren't related to HIV since you were never exposed to HIV.  This forum is only for HIV - you can ask your STD questions here: https://www.medhelp.org/forums/STDs-STIs/show/98, but there is no need to ask again about HIV from this event.

Thanks for your insight, please allow me to ask few more points-
1- I am not circumsized and possibly vaginal fluid touched and absorbed by uthera may susceptical to hiv infection? Do y think this could be a potential risk scenario.
2- I heard in other websites , Burning tip of pennis and groin area is possbily STD infection, do u think this is correct or outdated information on web.

Shoulf I be concered of hiv infection dur to this working sensatiins in body. Pls suggest
There's nothing to suggest.  I answered your question completely and told you the only ways you can get HIV.  As I stated, "There is no detail that you can add to this event that would make it a risk for HIV."    There is no need to keep asking about this no-risk event.
