what is wrong with me?

I am a male and had unprotected sex on april of 2013 this year with a female.  I will never forget that day I remember it like the back of my hand.  I had been talking to this one woman that I feel very fond of and we hit it off well.  My friend was throwing a party and so I invited her over and we were having a good time.  We had a few too many drinks and got into the mood of making love.  Next thing you know I committed the most idiotic decision of my whole life having unprotected sex.  Right before we had sex she tells me she doesn't have any std's and just recently got tested which I should have never believed.  So carried away in the drunken moment we have sex for a long time just drunken wild sex.  Oh how I regret doing that so much now I wish I was in my right mind because what follows on wards is a spiraling effect of just a horrible array of symptoms.  Just 2 days later I was enjoying a couple glasses of wine and went to sleep that following morning i woke up on the third day to the worst pelvic pain fathomable.  I could barely walk after but it had slowly started to go away and as the day progressed I felt a little better.  2 weeks later I had developed the most horrible fatigue imaginable with no hunger to eat at all and started to develop an overgrowth of oral candida albicans on my tongue.  I had visited my doctor and as I told him the symptoms the first thing he questioned was "have you recently had sex with anyone."  I told him what had happened and he immediately did an rpr test for syphilis and tested for hiv, gonnerha, chlamydia.  I got my results back all negative.  I started to worry as i had developed a flu, horrible fatigue, and malaise so horrible I was not performing at my job so well.  I tell my doctor these symptoms he gets worried and orders me an hiv p24 ag/ab test at 6 weeks the test came back non-reactive.  The doctor looks at me with this concerned un-assuring look and says its not hiv.  My ebv levels were slightly raised and he had blamed it on that cause.  He told me later on wait 3 more months just to be sure.  He was still not convinced I was negative because the folliculitis that had formed on my chest and arms.  Its like he was waiting to diagnose me positive and he was certain it was hiv.  I later developed these nasty flaky skin marks on my arm which would appear more frequent from smoking cigarettes which has never happened before.  I have not lost any weight but have gained weight in my stomach and pectoral region as well as my neck.  My arms seem to become weaker and actually seem to be losing muscle mass.

My testing dates are as follow

Test #1 -  hiv rapid test @ 2 weeks

Test#2  - hiv p24 ag/ab combo @ 6 weeks

Test#3 - hiv unigold rapid @ 3 months/ 4 months/ 5 months ive also tested for all possible stds and stis @ 4 month mark

Test#4 - hiv oraquick rapid oral  @ 6 months

All tests came back non-reactive

What im still worried about is I feel fine now but the yeast infections havent went away.  I feel always tired everyday and have no energy for life.  I still have overgrowth of oral candida albicans.  My wounds take longer to heal.  My question is can a coinfection with other stds or stis cause a horrible delayed response to antibodies?  I have never in my life felt so horrible and have already labeled myself as being positive.  Im just waiting for the diagnoses :(  .  Someone please help if this all seems familiar to you?

I think i'm going to test one last time with hiv rapid blood test I heard the oral swabs weren't as accurate as blood.  I will let you guys know of my updated results.  I also have a doctors appointment I will let you know what he says about the symptoms.  I would like to also let you know I have refrained from all sexual activity till this matter is solved.

I know how you feel with the Oral Thrush I've had it 10 months and counting and it's yet to clear :(. It makes you feel awful about yourself and you're not HIV positive so get it looked at by the doctor.

With all those tests it is impossible for you to have HIV.

"Test #1 -  hiv rapid test @ 2 weeks"

-Meaningless

"Test#2  - hiv p24 ag/ab combo @ 6 weeks"

-Almost conclusive, but not quite

"Test#3 - hiv unigold rapid @ 3 months/ 4 months/ 5 months ive also tested for all possible stds and stis @ 4 month mark"

-Conclusive and you should be done testing

"Test#4 - hiv oraquick rapid oral  @ 6 months"

Confirms the above

In an adult, a positive HIV antibody test result means that the person is infected, a person with a negative or inconclusive result may be in the “window for 4 to 6 weeks but occasionally up to 3 months after HIV exposure. Persons at high risk who initially test negative should be retested 3 months after exposure to confirm results

You have conclusive negative results so you don't have HIV.
