what kind of test

I had blood drawn October 21 and my non reactive results were reported October 23, does this mean I most likely had an ELISA TEST? Doesn't the western blot take longer?

If would have been a rapid test you would have received the test results why you waited. No, they can do an ELISA and then a Western Blot all within the same day or lab shift. It all depends on how busy a lab is as to how long it takes to get your results.
