2....if blood is mix with saliva then is dere chance of getting infected when it come in contact wid eyes....
3....if somebody who is infected bite another person then any chance of getting infected....

HIV is a delicate virus which is transmitted through the following scenarios, Unprotected anal/vaginal sex, the sharing of needles and of course through mother to child. None of the scenarios you have mentioned are HIV risks.
