will psyciatric drugs affect the HIV test results

To the Health Specialist concern

I am from malaysia age 21 and was and am under various psyciatrict drugs. Many times I was misdiagnosed and was given the wrong medication for my pasyciatric condition. These are the list of medications I was on for the past 5 years

1. Fluxotine HCL (PROZAC)
2. Lorazepam
3. Valporic acid/ Sodium valporate
4. Aripiprazole
and am currently on lamotrigine

will any of this medication affect my immune system which may cause my HIV ELISA test to result in 'false negative'  ?
