Please help. Scared like hell!

I had *protected* anal sex with a man whose HIV status is unknown to me. I was the insertive partner (top).
The condom did not break, nor did it slip off. I ensured this when the act was over and before I threw it into the dustbin. A month later, I developed a slight fungal infection on the tip of my penis. I became very worried and became so anxious that I started having diarrhoea from the next day. How probable is it that this is HIV ? I am scared like hell. Please help.

Protected sex is safe sex. You didn't have a risk. See a doctor for your fungal infection.

Thanks malbat. I was in good health and happiness until I saw this fungal growth and googled about it. I read many articles on the internet which said that candida growth is a symptom of HIV. Ever since I have never had peace of mind. Within hours after reading these articles, I started having diarrhoea, a lump-in-the-throat sensation and frequent stiff necks. Was really worried.
Anxiety can cause many things.. Please stay off the internet. Use a condom properly every time and you will not have to worry about hiv.
