Your test was conclusive and don't need further testing.

Symptoms or lack of will never tell you your status. The only way to know your status is by testing.

symptoms dont diagnose hiv...only a test can do that.

your headache is probably stress related.

First off having unprotected sex is the quickest way to become infected with HIV and other STI's. BUt you already know that right? Yes, you have put yourself at risk of HIV infection and of infection of other STI's. So here's what you need to do;

You are too late to consider PEP. You can test right now for Chlamydia and Gonnorehea as well as NSU\NGU. Test at 6 weeks for Sphyilis and at 3 months for HIV.

Your symptoms, such as they are, are not suggestive for ARS. And they have presented far to early in any case. The best thing you can do now is wait this out and keep busy.

The chances are that you will test negative from this. But in future remember this; no glove no love. Sex lasts minutes HIV is forever.
