Condoms 100% effective?

I recently had protected oral and vaginal sex with an expensive escort.  No slippage of the condom, the sex was brief in both instances (I would say less than 30 seconds for each), the condom was fully intact when I came to my senses and removed it.

Can anyone tell me if I can rest 100% assured that I am not at risk for HIV and will not pass it on to my wife?

Every sexualy active person outside of a monogonous relationship is required to test for hiv and other stds every year.

No one is REQUIRED to do the such,it is suggested.

Thanks for your fast response, tomMulligan!  So no need for testing or concern?  Sorry, I know it's a stupid question but it is really freaking me out.

you would have known if your condom did break. as long as the head of your penis is covered then you have nothing to worry about.
