Clarification, for STD transmission, oral sex does not easily transmit STD's. For more info post in the STD forum.
As Lizzie rightly advised you it is totally up to you as to use a dental dam or not. If you are in a monogamous relationship then I see no reason to use a dental dam.
As u quoted and as far as health is concerned we have to use dental dam since oral sex easily transmits many stds other than HIV....
oral sex is not a low risk...it's NO risk.
