I need professional answer!Plesae!

I learned that when people are infected with hiv.First few days viral load will become very very high.I want to know that will these people's high viral load blood also becomes inactive immediately
when the blood exposed to the air too?

NO you won't get HIV that way and what is the rarechance someone who just got HIV spilled blood? NO and no risk.
