I got a small surgery in 3 months Windows period,i got this small surgery at2012.10.15,i got duo test and antibody elisa test at2013.1.6 that results all negative.My question is i have a sex at2012.9.29,can i can be conclusive negative.

You've had that same question answered multiple times.  One more time...you do NOT have HIV.  Your test was conclusive, and surgery will NOT affect an HIV test.

I also draw off blood about 400cc at 2013.1.6,after that i also take a lot of test,for example,twice elisa ab test,ten rapid test.My question is i have a sex at 2012.9.29 and have a small surgery at 2012.10.15,i got 3 months test at 2013.1.6,after that draw off blood i also have a lot test,i got finall test at 2013.3.8.does the phlebotomize affect the back test because i phlebotomize 400cc,or i need retest after 3 months?
