Thank you for taking the time to answer me. I have read the copy of my insurance policy and it is hard to determinate because the section B invalid after 24 month is to largest saying that if the person is not able to gain money from any kind of work that mean I gcould go work on the street in a well chair selling pen or pencil I find that section not raisonnable, and the other thing is You have to tell any employer your condition when you applye for a job, and I steel I my job but it is manuel job standing up all that and doing repetitive work all day and this is what make me in this conditiiion and I am not allowed to do this work again only they doctor of they expertise from my insurance is saying I am ready for work because he as been paid by my insurance to expertise me medical so I did not expect he was going to tell something else.  Thank you any way.

Dear michellelouise,

From your profile, I noticed you are from Lachine, PQ. While I am licensed to deal with health  insurance issues in all of the United States, I have very basic knowledge about the Canadian Health Care system. Also it sounds like your concern is less about health insurance & more about Disability insurance & the fact that 2 out of 3 doctors are of the opinion that you need more time to heal & one says you are ready to go back to work.
To find out your recourse, you need to obtain a copy of your insurance policy & read through it.

9 out of 10 times, the remedy is in your policy!

Sincerely,

Amir Mostafaie
