Hi, Sorry to hear about your issue. I have been on this site for over a year and have noticed some similarities with people who have skipped beats with no obvious reason. Also, Doctors do not seem to want to talk about skipped beats, because they are not easily traced. That being said, hows your stress level? Consider both short and long term stressors that may slowly add up. Also, have you had any stomach issues? The reason for these questions are; 1. Stress can cause many physical issues. Many people on this site had skipped beats when under stress or experiencing anxiety. If so , start reading up on stress reducing lifestyles, and LIVE those styles. It has helped me. 2. Stomach issues such as acid reflux can cause erosion to the upper stomach, and lead to an inflamed esophogus. This can impact the vagus nerve and cause both esophogeal spasms and skipped beats ( I had both). If this sounds familiar, you can get your MD to get you scoped (3 min procedure) for a diagnosis. Since I got scoped and diagnosed with a hiatal hernia, I have not had a skipped beat in about 4 months. Further advice....use this site. Google your symptoms. Read, read, read. Just dont jump to conclussions. Keep your overall health in mind. Good energy, etc. I hope you find your solutions. Good luck.
