Normal left venticular cavity size with a normal left venticular mass index (97.17 gm/m2) and an increased relative wall thickness (0.44) with adequate wall motion and contractility.
Normal right venticular dimension with adequate contractility.
Normal left atrial volume index (LAV = 11.79 ml/m2)
Normal right atrial, main pulmonary artery and aortic root dimensions.
The aortic valve has 3 cusps with good opening in systole and closure is diastole. The annulus and sinuses are normal.
The mitral valve is thin and pliable with adwequate opening in diastole and coaptation in systole.
Commissures are open. Subvalvar apparatus is normal . Annulus is normal. EPPS is not widened and there no vegetations noted.
Structurally normal tricuspid and pulmonic valves with no restriction of motion.
Intact interatrial and interventicular septae.
No significant pericardial effusion noted.
No itracardiac thrombus noted.
COLOR FLOW DOPPLER:
Normal mitral inflow E:A velocity ratio.
Normal isovolumic relation time.
No abnormal color flow accross the valves.
Normal estimated pulmonary artery pressure by pulmonary accelaration time.
CONCLUSION:
CONCENTRIC LEFT VENTRICULAR REMODELING
ADEQUATE SYSTOLIC FUNCTION.
