I accidentally overdosed on Fish oil supplement. I has 2156 epa 314 mg dha I took 4 tablespoons of these because I thought it will be good for CV Health.
Now I am fearing that I am having a heart attack or stroke. After reading online that too much of Omega 3 can cause more problems such as heart attacks, strokes, GI tract problems, kidney problems.
Is this true. Does anyone know what foods help with digestion of Omega 3 from fish oil? Or anything that will balance the too much fish oil taken. I hope tried my best to explain myself, my English is not good.
