Angina coming back- Heart attack @ 25.

background info-
Heart attack was on Feb 3, 2008- 100% clot in the left main coronary artery
I'm 25, Fem ten years smoker
I HAVE picked it back up : (
about 80 pounds overweight
have heart history in family

Doctors have found that I have hypercoagulation and now I'm on 12 meds a day including Warafin.

My heart started hurting back in Thanksgiving. I was having pain in my chest area- then finally had the attack in Feb. Now the pain is back. It was fine after I got out of the hospital but I'm having the same feeling in my chest that I had in the months leading up to the heart attack. Could this be something else- or more clottage?

go to your doctor, life is too precious, if you feel you may be clotting take asprin immediately.

If you are taking your meds including the warfarin then it' probably not a clot but maybe restenois assuming you had stents put in.  you need to call and get a sooner rather than later dr appointment and start trying to lose some weight and knock off the cigarettes.  At 25 you are old enough to know better and if you care enough to post a question then you care enough to take better care of yourself.  You are the only one who can control this situation.
