Angiogram results

I got ' t wave inversion ' in resting ECG. Treadmill Test shows " ST changes "  Doctor suggested Angiogram. So I underwent Angiogram in my forearm. Result is " normal coronary arteries ". Dr prescribed tablet "RANTAC " for one month. I need your help in 2 things 1) Why i was prescribed with RANTAC tablet  2) When there is no block in my heart why i got some deviations in ECG and Treadmill test

The doctor may believe you have a condition that requires treatment of peptic ulceration,reflux esophagitis and other conditions where reduction ofgastric acid is useful.

An EKG (ECG) is not very reliable to dx heart conditions and requires other clinical evidence and symptoms to substantiate.  The angiogram rules out any occlusion of arteries, a cath angiogram can miss a blockage, but unlikely!
